Our 12-year old LG fridge stopped cooling a few days ago and found Boon Hong via a Google search. Alvin responded quickly and arrived within a few hours. Excellent work and good service, immediately recommended him to friends and family. Clean the back of your fridge every year, folks! The dust accumulates and clogs up the vents which leads to more expensive problems later.

Texted at 10:30am, and Mr. Alvin already came over on the same day by 12pm. Mr. Alvin was very quick, detail-oriented, efficient and knowledgeable (friendly as well!). He explained what the issue was clearly and gave me 2 options for replacing the fan. He even helped adjust the fan multiple times to reduce the noise. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for fridge/freezer repairs!

Contacted them to check on the fridge, as the entire fridge is not cold anymore. Things started to melt etc. Within 1 min of assessment, they could tell that the faulty part is the compressor, and to replace that costs a few hundred bucks. But they did not hard sell or push you to replace the parts. Thank you for your professionalism. Call them up if you need help!
